OUR HISTORY

FiSer Consulting is a young, niche and independent consulting firm. We focus on international business transformation within Financial Services Industry. FiSer Consulting was established in 2015 and is based in Amsterdam, The Netherlands.

It has always been our mission to help our clients achieve successful transformations in line with the future shape of the Financial Services industry. FiSer is founded by Mischa Wesdorp and Dirk Worm in 2015. Since then, we have been operating at the heart of the change in financial organisations and we ensure that complex programmes are being delivered according to plan and across international locations with multidisciplinary teams. During that time the team has also steadily grown and through client and personal successes of employees, FiSer has even won the 2019 and 2020 FD Gazelle.

FiSer Consulting has a core workforce of strong individuals with experience in the financial services industry and in-depth knowledge of the financial services areas and processes, and an extensive track record of delivering large international projects.
